Protect Rural Legacy Areas from large shopping centers and power stations

Maryland Bill HB1241 would prohibit construction of shopping centers, power stations or sub-stations larger than 5 acres in Maryland Rural Legacy Areas.

I am opposed to allowing Regional Substations larger that 5 acres in Maryland Rural Legacy Areas.  Please vote in Favor of HB 1241. It is good planning and good for Maryland.
